SHOOTERS HQ: Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the SHOOTERS HQ mobile application or web portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf.

2. Account Roles & Approvals

• Approval Process: Access to specific teams, rosters, and private communication channels is subject to manual approval by SHOOTERS HQ administration.

• Role Responsibility: Users must accurately identify as a Player, Parent, or Coach. Misrepresentation of identity may result in immediate account termination.

3. Safe Sport & Communication

• 3-Way Chat Rule: To ensure player safety, all communication between coaches and minors must occur within the app’s designated 3-way chat system, which includes a parent or guardian.

• Conduct: Users agree to maintain a positive, athletic, and respectful environment. Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate content in chats or forums will not be tolerated.

4. Intellectual Property

• The Vault: All training videos, shooting plans, and devotionals provided within the app are the property of SHOOTERS HQ and are for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Faith Content: Discipleship and character development materials are intended for the enrichment of SHOOTERS HQ members.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Packages: Current team program fees (e.g., the $400 Team Program) are subject to change.

• Refunds: All program fees are governed by the specific refund policy outlined during the "Book" phase of the application.
